Here are some of my recent projects, encompassing both project management and program management.
HEALTHCARE
Program Director, Senior Project Manager, Agile Coach and Scrum Master
I directed the Core Business Transformation initiative, managing portfolios with 300+ programs and projects encompassing both business and IT. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Executive, I directed eight executives supporting all major business departments.

Senior Director, Project Management Office
I established and directed the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) department. I reported to the Chief Information Officer of Information Technology, and managed a staff of six project managers and quality assurance analysts.
media and entertainment
Manager, Programs and Analysis
I established and managed the Project Management Office (PMO) for development of a Java-based theatrical financial management system for calculation and payment of residuals to actors, directors, producers and writers. I mentored my team on Kanban, led Daily Scrums and presented Product Demos to stakeholders.
